Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. Please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at orders@eysom.com to initiate the process and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase date. Please include your full name, address, order number and the items you are returning.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

In compliance with COVID-19 government decrees, EYSOM has implemented all necessary procedures to ensure complete workplace safety and is following the new California “stay at home” rules. Returns will be processed after April 19th.

     

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

    

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@eysom.com.

    

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for a different size, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at orders@eysom.com to initiate the process. Please include your full name, address, order number, best email contact and the replacement item and size you require. Exchanges will be based on availability.

    

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit for the value of the return. The amount is deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please note that you may need to pay any cost differences, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

    

Late Returns

Returns not received within the 30 days of purchase date may be accepted at the discretion of EYSOM and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
